Who is responsible

Mirheydar Badirov, trading as Duck Nap Games, publishes Farm Pals Forever and is responsible for personal information handled by the publisher. This policy applies to Farm Pals Forever and its privacy-policy webpage. Our other games may have different policies.

Game progress and settings

The game stores your farm progress, crops, coins, inventory, deliveries, friendships, purchase entitlements, and preferences on your device. Your practice farm, language choice, sound settings, and reminder settings are also stored locally. The game reads device language and basic screen/platform information to choose the language and display the interface.

We do not operate a game server or a player-account system that receives these saves. Farm Pals Forever does not include advertising, an advertising identifier integration, social sign-in, third-party analytics, or a developer-operated crash-reporting service. It does not ask you to provide a name or email address to play. The game does not access your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or phone-call information.

Your operating system may back up or restore app data according to your device and Google-account settings. Such backup is controlled by the platform; it is not a cloud-save service operated by Duck Nap Games.

Optional reminders

If you enable reminders and grant Android notification permission, the game schedules local notifications for game events such as ready crops or deliveries. Reminder timing and notification content are processed and stored on your device. We do not use a remote push-notification service or receive notification tokens. You can turn reminders off in the game or revoke notification permission in Android settings.

Google Play purchases

The Android game uses Google Play Billing for optional one-time purchases. Google processes the purchase, payment details, Google-account information, and information needed to operate its payment services under its Privacy Policy. We do not receive your payment-card details.

The app communicates with Google Play to obtain product prices, make and acknowledge purchases, and restore owned content. Google Play returns product and transaction information, which can include product identifiers, purchase tokens or receipts, order identifiers, purchase status, and acknowledgement status. The app uses this information to unlock and restore purchases and saves ownership and related game rewards locally. The current game does not send these transactions to a Duck Nap Games server.

Google may provide us with order records and aggregated sales, installation, quality, and performance reports through Play Console. We use these to administer the game, handle purchase questions, and understand its operation. Google determines its own collection and retention practices for its services.

The Google Play Billing library also sends technical billing diagnostics to Google using its data-transport component. These reports include billing API events and errors, app and library version information, Android and device characteristics, network and locale information, timing information, and a randomly generated billing-session identifier. They help Google operate and diagnose the billing service. These transmissions use HTTPS. Duck Nap Games does not receive the raw diagnostic event stream or use it for advertising or player profiling. Google handles this information under its Privacy Policy.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send, such as an order number or a screenshot. We use this information to answer your request, troubleshoot problems, and resolve purchase or privacy questions. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or information unrelated to your request.

Use, sharing, and security

We use information to provide game features, fulfil purchases, respond to support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes are based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and supporting it, or a legal obligation. Device notification permission is optional.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by Google for Google Play and email services, or by GitHub when you visit this website. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to address fraud, security, or legal claims. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their privacy policies.

Local game data uses app storage provided by your device. We do not transmit farm saves to our servers. The policy webpage uses HTTPS, and purchases are handled through Google Play. We limit access to support correspondence and use account security protections. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and deletion

Local saves remain until you reset relevant progress, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the game, subject to any operating-system backup or later restore. The in-game Start over option resets the selected farm's progress while preserving purchases; it does not erase every saved setting or remove Google Play's purchase records. To remove all local app data, use Android's clear-storage option. Device backups can be managed through your device or Google-account settings.

We keep support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain relevant support records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Purchase records accessible through Google may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete information within our control by emailing us. We will delete it unless a lawful reason requires retention, and explain any such limitation. We cannot directly delete data held independently by Google or GitHub; their policies explain the available controls.

Your choices and rights

You can play without creating a player account, decline optional purchases, disable reminders, and clear local data. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you. Contact us to make a request. We may need limited information to verify that the request concerns you. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children and families

The game does not require players to submit personal information or create accounts. A parent or guardian should supervise optional purchases and any support messages sent by a child. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete information within our control where appropriate.

This website and external links

This page is hosted on GitHub Pages. We add no advertising scripts, tracking cookies, or website analytics to this page. GitHub logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes when serving GitHub Pages sites, as described in its hosting documentation and Privacy Statement. Opening external links from the game or this page loads the relevant provider's service, which may receive normal connection information and apply its own privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or our practices change. We will update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice where required.
