Request data deletion

Whose Stuff? Character Quiz
Published by Mirheydar Badirov, trading as Duck Nap Games.

How to submit a request

  1. Email ducknapgames@gmail.com with the subject Whose Stuff — Data deletion request.
  2. State whether you want your Whose Stuff game-service account and associated data deleted, or only specific data. For a linked game account, include your Play Games profile name and, if available, a purchase order ID or approximate date of play so we can locate the record. We will arrange proportionate verification before deleting an account. For support correspondence, write from the same email address and identify the relevant message or approximate date.
  3. We will review your request and explain what we can delete, any necessary verification, and any retention exceptions. You do not need to reinstall the game or create an account.

Please do not send passwords, identity documents, or sensitive information unless we explain why specific verification is necessary.

Account and other information covered

You can request deletion of your Whose Stuff game-service account, linked installation identifiers, synchronized gameplay and wallet data, and associated advertising-event records that we control. You can also request deletion of support emails, your contact email address, message contents, and attachments. Deleting this game-service account does not delete your Google account or Play Games profile. It can permanently remove synchronized progress and coin balances; tell us if you only want a particular category of data deleted.

Information retained and retention periods

We keep account and gameplay data while needed to provide the connected service. After a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify the associated information within our control, except records needed for legal obligations, purchase/refund handling, fraud prevention, or an unresolved dispute. We keep support correspondence while needed to resolve your request and any related dispute or legal obligation, then delete it when no longer needed. We do not apply an additional routine retention period after fulfilling a deletion request. If specific information must be kept for a legal obligation or unresolved dispute, we will explain the information retained, the reason, and the applicable period or the criteria determining that period. It is kept only as long as that reason applies.

Progress and settings stored on your phone

To delete local progress, coin balance, used clues, and sound and animation settings, open Android Settings → Apps → Whose Stuff? Character Quiz → Storage → Clear data (or Clear storage). This resets your progress. Device or cloud backups are managed through your device's backup settings; clearing local storage does not necessarily delete a backup.

Google Play Games and advertising-provider data

You can remove game data held by Google Play Games through its profile and game-data settings. For Unity Ads data, use the privacy controls and request information in Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. We can help identify the appropriate provider but cannot delete an independent provider’s records ourselves.

Google AdMob may handle IP addresses, approximate location, device and account identifiers, advertisement interactions, and diagnostics. We cannot directly delete information held by Google or promise that it is deleted within 90 days. Google's retention and deletion practices are described in its Privacy Policy. Use Google's privacy request instructions for information it holds. You can also email us for help identifying the appropriate request route.

Where available, Settings in the game lets you revisit advertising privacy choices. Android's advertising privacy settings let you reset or delete your advertising ID. These controls do not by themselves guarantee deletion of previously collected advertising data.
