Who is responsible
Mirheydar Badirov, trading as Duck Nap Games, is the publisher of this game and the controller of personal information handled by the publisher. Contact: ducknapgames@gmail.com.
Game progress on your device
The game saves progress, coin balance, used clues, and preferences on your device so that you can play offline. Optional Google Play Games features support sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, and progress backup. When connected, our game service processes account and installation identifiers, gameplay and reward operations, wallet transactions, purchase verification records, and advertising events to synchronize the game, deliver purchases and rewards, measure monetization, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims. Clearing app storage removes the local save; recovery depends on the connected account and available backups. Google Play Games profile and activity visibility are also controlled through your Google settings.
Advertising and consent
The game uses Google AdMob mediation, including Unity Ads, to provide optional rewarded advertisements. Choosing to watch an advertisement can earn in-game coins. Google’s User Messaging Platform collects and manages applicable privacy choices for the configured advertising partners.
Google’s advertising SDK can collect your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device and account identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID where available, app and advertisement interactions, and diagnostic information. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. The game does not request GPS location, contacts, or camera access.
Google processes information under its Privacy Policy; see its SDK data disclosure. Unity Ads may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention under its Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. Advertising partners and their purposes, where applicable, are described in the consent message.
Where consent is required, applicable choices are requested before ads are requested. You can revisit the game’s privacy choices through Settings when that option is available. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Your device’s advertising settings may also let you reset or delete its advertising identifier. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all processing needed to deliver or secure other advertisements.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include. We use this to answer you, resolve problems, and handle privacy requests. Please avoid sending sensitive information or unnecessary information about children.
Purposes and legal bases
In the European Economic Area and UK, we rely on consent for advertising-related device access and processing where required. We use our legitimate interest in responding to requests and maintaining a secure service to handle support correspondence, and comply with legal obligations where applicable. Advertising partners’ legal bases and choices are described in the consent interface and their notices.
Sharing, retention, and security
Advertising data is handled by Google and relevant advertising partners. Support correspondence is handled using Gmail. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights. We do not sell support correspondence.
Local saves remain under your control on your device. We keep support correspondence while needed to resolve your request and any related dispute or legal obligation, then delete it when no longer needed. Google determines retention of information it handles as described in its privacy notices; we cannot delete that information directly.
Google states that its mobile ads SDK encrypts data in transit using TLS. We restrict access to our support mailbox. No system can guarantee complete security.
International processing
Google and our hosting provider may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Their privacy notices describe applicable safeguards and transfer arrangements. See Google’s data transfer frameworks.
Your rights
Request data deletion: steps, data covered, and retention details.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your information, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email us to exercise rights concerning information we hold. Requests about information Google holds may need to be directed to Google. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.
You may complain to your local data protection authority, including Poland’s Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych. We do not use support information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Intended audience and children
Whose Stuff? Character Quiz is intended for teens and adults who enjoy recognizing familiar fictional characters. It is not designed for or directed at children under 13. A store content rating describes the suitability of the game’s content and does not replace this intended-audience statement.
We do not ask players to submit names, email addresses, or other contact information inside the game. If a parent or guardian believes a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game or support, please contact us. We will investigate and delete information within our control where appropriate, and help direct requests concerning information held by our service providers.
Older minors should review this policy with a parent or guardian. Requirements for consent and advertising can differ by country and age; this audience statement does not override those requirements.
